The shipping fee will be adjusted* to $3.00 for catalogs mailed to U.S. addresses (including Alaska and Hawaii).  Catalog orders of three or more will be charged $8 in shipping.

If you are located in Canada the shipping fee will be $9.00.

If you are located in any other country the shipping fee for International First Class Mail will be $14.00*

U.S. customers only may use the to request a FREE catalog. These are mailed via USPS Bulk Mail. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery.
