Gives it some zip way better than raisins.Our daily lunch is a salad with greens, pecans, dried cherries, apple and blue cheese. It's a great variety of flavors and nutrients, with the cherries being a sweet high spot and full of nutrients.I love these dry cherries!!!! However I think they are pricey!!!!! They are almost double the price of Costco warehouse!!! But Costco does not sell them anymore!!!?These cherries are the best dried tart cherries on the market. The only better source is shopping in person in Michigan!Use it for desserts. This time could not find it in Costco ,where I usually buy it. Found it on Amazon. Thank you.Love these
